Career
Training has featured very highly throughout my career. Sadly, far too often this was as a delegate who attended some extraordinarily drab, dull and frankly boring training courses. I was part of the team that won the National Training Award in 2006. This was for carrying out training in bespoke accountancy software to over 4000 end users - many of which hadn't used a computer before! The training was fun and stimulating which resulted in a successful roll out of the software.
Having attended truly inspiring Accelerated Learning courses, I recognise how different people learn and ensure that all the courses that we develop satisfy all learning styles.
Pet Hates
Mind-numbing training - I get my kicks from creating memorable brain-friendly training events.
Lousy customer service - we never do seem to get it right in this country. Giving excellent service both before and after a sale is one of our underpinning principles.
