There are two main themes that define Lightbulb Training Consultancy Limited, and those themes run through everything we do.
The first is that we enjoy our jobs. The enthusiasm that we bring to everything we do is infectious and we will pass this on to all those we do our business with.
The second is that our customers come first. Not in the way that so many companies say that their customers come first, but that they really come first in every way. We run to the beat that says the answer is 'yes', now what is the question. 100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for, and if we miss that mark, then 100% effort is employed to rectify the problem.
